Every call answered.
Even at 7:40 on a Friday.

A third of restaurant calls go unanswered at the busiest hour. Ours picks up every one — hours, parking, "can we bring a dog," reservations — and on ordering plans, takes the pickup order and sends it to the kitchen.

ANSWERING

Hours, parking, the usual

It knows your hours, your holiday hours, where to park, whether there's a kids' menu, whether the patio is open. Answers in the voice you choose, hands off to a human when it should.

RESERVATIONS

Books the table, or sends the link

Texts the guest your Resy or OpenTable link mid-call, or takes the reservation itself where your system allows it. Waitlist too.

ORDERS

Phone orders that land like menu orders

On Ordering mode: reads your live menu — nothing 86'd, ever — takes the order, confirms it back, sends it to the kitchen as a pickup ticket. Pay at pickup, or by card on your processor.

Why it works here

It's reading the same menu your guests are.

Most phone bots are trained once and go stale. Ours reads the live menu — the same one on the tables — so when the branzino sells out at 7pm, the phone stops selling it at 7:01. Prices, modifiers and specials are always the current ones.

  • Speaks the languages your menu does
  • Knows the glossary: "what's in the anticuchos?" gets a real answer
  • Every call logged with a transcript; every order tied to the guest's profile
"Yes, we have parking behind the building. Would you like me to text you the reservations link?"

Honest about the cost

Priced by the minute, because that's what it costs.

Voice is the one part of the platform with a real per-minute cost behind it. So it's an add-on with its own price, not buried in a tier. Answering-only and answering-plus-phone-orders are quoted on the call, by your call volume. Answering is included in Premier.

Will callers know it's an AI?

Yes — it introduces itself. Guests care that the phone gets answered and the answer is right. It hands off to a person the moment someone asks for one.

What happens when it doesn't know?

It says so and offers to have someone call back, then texts you the transcript. It never invents an answer about allergens or availability.

Does it use my existing number?

Yes. Calls forward when you don't pick up, or all the time — your choice, changeable from your phone.

Which plan do I need?

Answering works on every plan as an add-on. Phone orders need Ordering mode, because they need somewhere to send the ticket.

We'll build your menu before the call.

Twenty minutes, no pressure. You'll be looking at your own menu, in your guests' languages, before we've said hello.
